Mom's Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Spray a 9x9 baking pan with non stick spray.
  2. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. This is so they are well mixed before adding in the wet ingredients.
  4. Add in the wet ingredients, stirring as you do so.
  5. Spread in the baking pan.
  6. Blend together the ingredients to put on top (the cocoa and brown sugar).
  7. Try to blend as well as possible as the brown sugar kind of sticks together.
  8. Sprinkle this evenly over the batter in the pan.
  9. Pour 1 3/4 cup HOT WATER on top of this.
  10. This will look really liquidy but it works out!
  11. Bake for 45 minutes.
  12. Serve warm.
  13. Keep leftovers in the fridge.
