Healthy Turkey Taco Salad Recipe
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- Taco seasoning
- Salt free salsa
- Diced tomatoes
- Fat free lowfat sour cream
- Reduced fat grated Cheddar cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- In large skillet, brown turkey; drain.
- Add in taco seasoning and prepare per package directions.
- In salad bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa.
- Add in turkey, cheese, and lowfat sour cream.
- This is a very tasty salad for those who are watching fat intake (and even those who aren't).
- Do not be afraid of the turkey - you will not be able to tell the difference between it and grnd beef in this salad.
