Jumbo Shrimp With Orange and Chili Glaze

  1. Peel the shrimp, removing the shel and legs.
  2. Rinse well and place in the bottom of a shallow dish.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimp.
  4. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  5. Preheat a non stick griddle pan until hot.
  6. Place the shrimp in the pan and cook for 2-3 mins on each side, basting with the marinade during cooking.
  7. Once cooked, press a toothpick into each shrimp and place on a serving dish.
