Smart-Choice Praline Pumpkin Pie
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
- 2 pkg. (1 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
- 1-1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat.
- Add nuts and sugar; mix well.
- Bring to boil; cook 30 sec., stirring constantly.
- Spread onto bottom of crust.
- Cool.
- Mix pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and spice in large bowl.
- Gradually add milk, beating with whisk after each addition until blended.
- (Mixture will be thick.)
- Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.
- Spread over nut layer in crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
