Made with Chinese Cabbage!! Okonomiyaki

  1. Put the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  2. Roughly mince the Chinese cabbage and mix it in.
  3. (You may not think there is enough batter to hold the cabbage, but don't worry.)
  4. Heat some oil on an electric griddle or in a frying pan and spread several dollops of the mixture from 1 over the surface.
  5. Sprinkle these with the pork.
  6. Cook over low heat.
  7. When the cabbage wilts, turn the pancake over.
  8. Cook for 4~5 minutes, and serve on a plate.
  9. (Serve with the meat side facing up.)
  10. Top with okonomiyaki sauce and bonito flakes.
