Made with Chinese Cabbage!! Okonomiyaki
- 1/2 head Chinese cabbage
- 1 Pork
- 200 ml Flour
- 1 tsp Japanese Dashi granules
- 1 Egg
- 150 ml water
- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 Bonito flakes
- Put the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
- Roughly mince the Chinese cabbage and mix it in.
- (You may not think there is enough batter to hold the cabbage, but don't worry.)
- Heat some oil on an electric griddle or in a frying pan and spread several dollops of the mixture from 1 over the surface.
- Sprinkle these with the pork.
- Cook over low heat.
- When the cabbage wilts, turn the pancake over.
- Cook for 4~5 minutes, and serve on a plate.
- (Serve with the meat side facing up.)
- Top with okonomiyaki sauce and bonito flakes.
