Baked Pickles with Barbecue Ranch Dip
- 1 egg
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
- 1 jar (500 mL) sandwich sliced dill pickles, drained, patted dry
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/4 cup Kraft BBQ Ranch Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Whisk egg in shallow dish until blended.
- Empty coating mix into separate shallow dish.
- Dip pickles, 1 at a time, in egg then in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each pickle with each ingredient.
- Gently shake off excess coating.
- Place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 18 to 20 min.
- or until pickles are golden brown on both sides, turning after 15 min.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
- Serve pickles with Miracle Whip mixture.
