Shrimp Filling Recipe
- 3/4 c. (4 ounce. can) finely minced shrimp
- 1/4 c. finely minced celery
- 1 tbsp. minced stuffed olives
- 1/4 c. whipped cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. commercial lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Combine shrimp.
- celery and olives.
- Beat together cream cheese and lowfat sour cream, add in chili sauce, mustard and salt.
- Add in to shrimp mix.
- Chill.
- Note: 3 Tbsp.
- mayonnaise may be substituted for whipped cream cheese and lowfat sour cream.
- Yield: 1 c..
