Chicken Mushroom Soup Recipe
- 1 sm. cut up fryer or possibly several breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
- Put in baking dish.
- Pour melted butter over chicken.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
- Remove from oven.
- Pour hot mix of lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk and mushroom soup over chicken.
- Return to oven.
- Cook 30 min more.
- Serve with rice or possibly noodles.
