Game Day BLTs
- 1 loaf 12 Inch Loaf Of Crusty Italian Bread
- 6 strips Thick Cut Bacon
- 1/4 cups Chipotle Salsa
- 1/4 cups (Real) Mayonnaise
- 1 whole Tomato
- 1 whole Avocado
- 1 cup Baby Spinach (raw - Loosely Packed)
- 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- Preheat your broiler.
- Slice bread lengthwise and put it on a baking sheet.
- Toast the bread under the broiler until golden brown.
- Remove it from the oven and set aside.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until done but still chewy (not crisp).
- Set it aside on a paper towel lined plate when done.
- Mix together salsa and mayo in a small bowl.
- Slice tomato and peel, pit and slice the avocado.
- Spread both sides of the bread with the mayo mixture, then layer the bacon, spinach, tomatoes, avocados, and cheese on the bottom half of the loaf.
- Top with the rest of the bread, and slice.
