Kid Classic Bacon Mac & Cheese
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Stir in flour; cook 2 min., stirring constantly.
- Whisk in milk, then dressing.
- Bring just to simmer, stirring constantly; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until thickened.
- Add cheeses and Sriracha sauce; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until cheddar is melted.
- Drain macaroni.
- Add to sauce with bacon; mix lightly.
