Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

  1. Coat an 8x8 pan with baking spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. Over medium heat, combine sugar, splenda, evaporated milk and butter.
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  5. Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
  6. Poor into prepared pan and refrigerate until firm.
  7. About two hours.
  8. Cut and serve.
