Fruited Turkey Wraps
- 12 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 34 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
- 2 cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage or 2 cups napa cabbage
- 12 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 23 cup dried cranberries
- 12 lb thinly sliced deli smoked turkey
- Combine the mayonnaise, orange peel, orange juice, and curry powder.
- Spread over tortillas.
- Top with cabbage, onion, oranges, cranberries, and turkey.
- Roll up!
