White Chocolate Truffles

  1. Melt 1 lb chocolate with Eagle Brand.
  2. Stir in Liqueur.
  3. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Shape into 1 inch balls; place on wax paper-lined trays.
  5. Melt reamaining white chocolate and dip truffles.
  6. Place back on paper lined tray.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts or cocoa powder.
  8. Chill.
