White Chocolate Truffles
- 1 12 lbs white chocolate, chopped
- 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
- finely chopped nuts
- cocoa powder
- Melt 1 lb chocolate with Eagle Brand.
- Stir in Liqueur.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Shape into 1 inch balls; place on wax paper-lined trays.
- Melt reamaining white chocolate and dip truffles.
- Place back on paper lined tray.
- Sprinkle with nuts or cocoa powder.
- Chill.
