Easy Do Lamb Recipe
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 4 lamb shoulder or possibly blade or possibly arm chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 can (1 pound 4 ounce.) pineapple chunks
- 1 med.-size green pepper, minced
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Heat butter on large skillet.
- Add in lamb and brown on one side.
- Turn and add in pineapple chunks with juice, green pepper and soy sauce.
- Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour or possibly till lamb is tender.
