Spicy Calamari / Sambal Sotong
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 2 cup calamari cut in ring shape
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 kalamansi juice or lime juice
- 3 tbsp SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE)
- FOR THE LG SPICY SAUCE ( SAMBAL SAUCE ) PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW
- In pan with oil saute calamari for 1 minute
- add spicy sauce ( sambal sauce) and light soy sauce with sugar saute for another 2 minute
- off heat then top with kalamasi juice and mix well
