Spicy Calamari / Sambal Sotong

  1. FOR THE LG SPICY SAUCE ( SAMBAL SAUCE ) PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW
  2. In pan with oil saute calamari for 1 minute
  3. add spicy sauce ( sambal sauce) and light soy sauce with sugar saute for another 2 minute
  4. off heat then top with kalamasi juice and mix well
