Stuffed Jalapeno-Jack Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Sirloin
- 2 Tablespoons Heinz 57
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt, Plus Extra For Buns
- 3 whole Jalapeno Peppers (seeded And Chopped)
- 1/2 blocks (8 Oz. Block) Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 whole Kaiser Rolls, Split
- Combine the sirloin, Heinz 57, egg, and salt; form into thin patties.
- On one patty, layer a handful of diced jalapenos, then a handful of jack cheese.
- Stack another sirloin burger and press all the sides in to form one patty.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Heat grill to medium; add burgers.
- Grill for about 6-7 minutes, and then turn.
- Grill burgers according to preference.
- Slather butter on both sides of 4 buns (or if you made big fat burgers, 3 buns) and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Add to the grill and check after about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove when butter side is slightly golden.
- Serve burgers on buttered buns.
