One pan dinner
- 2 chicken breasts cut into strips or chunks
- 3 small potatoes cut into chunks
- 1 bunch of fresh green beans
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 perfect pinch vegetable seasoning
- 1 garlic salt
- 3 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray (I prefer olive oil)
- Wash & trim the ends off the green beans then place them along one side of the dish.
- Season them however you like.
- Mix the sour cream & ranch in a bowl then coat the chicken with the mixture and place in the dish next to the beans.
- Place the chopped potatoes in the dish next to the chicken and season with garlic (or whatever you like).
- Put several pats of butter on the bean and potatoes.
- Cover with foil & bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes (until potatoes are done).
