Strawberry Sorbet

  1. Rinse, dry and hull the strawberries.
  2. Puree them with the water and sugar.
  3. Taste and adjust the flavor with a few drops of lemon or kirsch if needed.
  4. Freeze according to the instructions for your ice cream maker.
