Pacific Saury Ginger Simmered in a Pressure Cooker

  1. Remove the saury's head, tail, and guts, and cut into 4 pieces.
  2. Please try out this method.
  3. Cut the ginger into thin slices.
  4. Boil the ingredients together with the sliced ginger.
  5. Then add the fish, and pressure-cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Let it cool naturally.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and ta-da, it's finished.
