Pacific Saury Ginger Simmered in a Pressure Cooker
- 4 Pacific saury
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 100 ml Cooking sake
- 1 piece Ginger
- Remove the saury's head, tail, and guts, and cut into 4 pieces.
- Please try out this method.
- Cut the ginger into thin slices.
- Boil the ingredients together with the sliced ginger.
- Then add the fish, and pressure-cook for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool naturally.
- Transfer to a serving plate and ta-da, it's finished.
