Mini Meatballs - Asian
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 13 cup carrot, finely grated
- 13 cup onion, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- peanut sauce
- sweet and sour sauce
- Preheat oven to 400F Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or lightly oiled tin foil.
- Lightly combine all ingredients.
- Roll into approximately thirty 1" balls.
- Bake meatballs on baking tray for 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160F.
