Chicken Quesadilla Pizza
- 1 pound Store Bought Pizza Dough Brought To Room Temperature, Or Of Course Make Your Own
- 1 jar (8 Oz. Size) Chunky Medium Salsa, You Can Also Use Mild Or Hot
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Picked Clean, Meat Shredded
- 1 bag (16 Oz. Size) Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 container (8 Oz. Size) Sour Cream
- Fresh Cilantro For Garnish
- Place a pizza stone on the lowest rack in oven.
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Roll out prepared pizza dough and place on parchment paper cut to size of pizza stone on pizza paddle (or on a pizza pan if you arent baking it on a pizza stone).
- Top pizza dough with the salsa, spreading liberally to outer edges of dough.
- Layer on chicken, then cheese, and gently slide pizza and parchment paper onto stone.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until nicely browned.
- Dollop sour cream here and there, sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
- Enjoy
