Carrot Schezwan Chow mein

  1. Peel the carrot longitudinally with a peeler and with the help of a sharp knife slice it into thin strips.
  2. -Boil the noodles for 3-5 mins (add little salt) , rinse in cold water and let it dry (not completely dry because it'll become sticky) -transfer the noodles in a small bowl, add the soy sauce and mix it well.
  3. Heat oil in pan.
  4. Fry the beans and onions for about 4 minutes, add other veggies except carrot, fry for a couple of minutes then add the carrot noodles, noodles and schezwan sauce.
  5. Mix well and fry for another 3-5minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
  7. Enjoy ^^
