delicious spicy masala sausages

  1. bake or fry sausages until golden/dark brown
  2. slice onions into thin long strips & set aside, liquidize tomatoes and green chilli together and sent aside
  3. in a pan, add some oil and onions
  4. before the onions turn brown, throw in the tomato and green chilli puree and salt to taste
  5. wait for the water from the tomatoes to dry up, turning the puree into a paste
  6. chop the green pepper into 1/2 inch squares and add into pan
  7. slice the sausages, but I suggest to wait until slighty cool and add into the pan
  8. wait for sausages to heat up and soak in some of the paste
  9. serve with pasta, bread, naan, or make as a sandwich
