delicious spicy masala sausages
- 1 packages sausages (approx. 8 large sausages)
- 2 small tomatoes
- 2 small onions
- 1/2 large green pepper
- 1 green chilli
- 1 fresh parsley
- 1 oil
- 1 salt
- bake or fry sausages until golden/dark brown
- slice onions into thin long strips & set aside, liquidize tomatoes and green chilli together and sent aside
- in a pan, add some oil and onions
- before the onions turn brown, throw in the tomato and green chilli puree and salt to taste
- wait for the water from the tomatoes to dry up, turning the puree into a paste
- chop the green pepper into 1/2 inch squares and add into pan
- slice the sausages, but I suggest to wait until slighty cool and add into the pan
- wait for sausages to heat up and soak in some of the paste
- serve with pasta, bread, naan, or make as a sandwich
