chicken alfredo

  1. cook pasta al dente
  2. pound chicken to an even thickness and season with seasonings
  3. in a skillet cook chicken in 1 tablespoons of margerine on medium heat
  4. while chicken is cooking melt butter in a medium sauce pan
  5. add cream and parmesan cheese on low heat
  6. stir until sauce comes together
  7. stir sauce into pasta
  8. slice cooked chicken into strips and add to pasta
  9. lastly add peas for color and pop of flavor
  10. if Alfredo sauce is too thin add more parmesan
  11. serve with garlic bread and great wine
