Orange Sherbet With Mint Chocolate Sauce

• 1 pint Orange sherbet
• 4 ounces chocolate syrup
• 1 teaspoon mint extract
• 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs

1. combine mint extract and chocolate syrup blending well.
2. sprinkle graham cracker crumbs onto small serving plate, lightly drizzle with chocolate/mint syrup.
3. place scoop of orange sherbet in center of plate, lightly drizzle with chocolate/mint syrup.
4. garnish with fresh mint leaves.
