Easy Roasted Pepper & Garlic Hummus
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Chickpeas, Drained And Lightly Rinsed
- 2 cloves Garlic, Roughly Chopped
- 2 whole Roasted Red Peppers (from A Jar)
- 5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Combine the chickpeas, garlic cloves, roasted peppers and a few (not all) tablespoons of the olive oil in a medium bowl.

- Using a immersion blender (if you dont have one, combine the ingredients in a food processor instead), blend until combined.
- Add more olive oil to achieve the creaminess/consistency that you like.
- For me, that was roughly the listed amount.
- 3.
- Scoop hummus out of the bowl into a serving dish.
- Enjoy with pretzel flats, veggies or pita bread.
