Easy Roasted Pepper & Garlic Hummus

  2. Combine the chickpeas, garlic cloves, roasted peppers and a few (not all) tablespoons of the olive oil in a medium bowl.

  4. Using a immersion blender (if you dont have one, combine the ingredients in a food processor instead), blend until combined.
  5. Add more olive oil to achieve the creaminess/consistency that you like.
  6. For me, that was roughly the listed amount.

  8. Scoop hummus out of the bowl into a serving dish.
  9. Enjoy with pretzel flats, veggies or pita bread.
