Pico de Gallo - Salsa

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Pour half of mixture into blender or food processor and pulse until finely blended but not smooth.
  3. Leave some chunks.
  4. Pour blended sauce back into bowl with the rest of the mixture and stir well.
  5. Serve however you would serve salsa.

tomatoes, fresh cillantro, onion, anaheim peppers, garlic, lemon, lime, salt, sugar
