Apple Chunk Filling
- 1 Apple
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 shakes Cinnamon powder
- Dice the apple and put into a saucepan (a rough dice is fine)
- Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix with a wooden spatula.
- Simmer over a low to medium heat, mixing from time to time.
- When the moisture has evaporated and the apple has become translucent, turn off the heat and lightly mix.
- Done.
- Add to pound cake batter.
- Or in apple pies.
