Mom's Macaroni And Egg Salad

  1. Soak the minced red onion in cold water, 10 minutes; drain.
  2. Cook elbow macaroni as the label directs; drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Toss the macaroni, celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise, cayenne, olive oil, vinegar and parsley.
