Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Mushrroms

• 1 lb mushroom, cleaned
• 14 cup Italian dressing
• 12 cup hot Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
• 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Remove stems from mushrooms, brush with dressing, broil for 5 minutes.
2. Press sausage evenly into each cap.
3. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Broil for another 5 minutes.
