Wacky Wizard Cups

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake in 24 paper-lined medium muffin cups as directed on package.
  2. Cool in pan 10 min.
  3. (Do not remove from pan.)
  4. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mixes in medium bowl at least 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Pierce cupcakes with large fork or wooden skewer at 1/2-inch intervals.
  7. Spoon gelatin evenly over cupcakes.
  8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Remove cupcakes from pan.
  10. Spread each with 1 Tbsp.
  11. of the whipped topping.
  12. Place 1 ice cream cone, tip-end up, on top of each cupcake.
  13. Spread remaining whipped topping evenly over cones.
  14. Sprinkle with the colored sugar and sprinkles.
  15. Store in refrigerator.
