Creamy White Fudge

  1. beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. melt butter in a double boiler.
  3. add chocolate pieces and stir til melted.
  4. remove from heat and beat til glossy and thick, about seven minutes.
  5. add to cream cheese.
  6. stir in walnuts.
  7. pour into a casserole lined with buttered wax paper.
  8. let sit til hardened.
  9. cut into squares.
