LG's Stir Fry Mushroom
- 3 tbsp teriyaki kikkoman spicy sauce
- 5 large dry korean oyster optional vegan just omit this
- 1 bunch onion
- 1 cup mix shimeji mushroom optional
- 1 cup spring onion
- soak dry korean oyster with hot water for 10minute or longer depending on the size
- in pan quick stir fry onion then add oyster
- add sauce then add in mushroom stir fry another 1 minute
- serve top garnish
