Ruben Chicken Supreme Recipe

• 4 boned, skinless chicken breasts
• 16 ounce. can sauerkraut (liquid removed)
• Slices of Swiss cheese
• 1 c. 1, 000 Island Dressing

1. Place chicken in casserole or possibly baking dish.
2. Thoroughly drain sauerkraut.
3. Spoon over chicken.
4. Place slices of Swiss cheese over sauerkraut.
5. Pour c. of dressing over cheese.
6. Cover.
7. Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
