Sprouted Grain Zucchini Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 Small Zucchini, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 13 cups Red Onion, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 whole Sprouted Grain Buns
- Desired Condiments
- Lettuce
- Tomato, Sliced
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the patties except olive oil.
- Knead together with hands.
- Form into patties.
- In a large nonstick skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium heat.
- Add patties, cover, and cook for about 4-5 on one side, flip, and cook until cooked all the way through.
- To assemble the burgers, toast buns, add condiments, lettuce, tomato, and zucchini turkey burger.
- Yum!
