Sesame Dipping Sauce

• 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons black or white sesame seeds, toasted lightly

1. In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients, serve with pot stickers.
