Broiled Caesar Salmon

  1. Mix lemon juice, oil, wine and salad dressing mix until well blended.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup dressing.
  3. Pour remaining dressing over fish in shallow dish; cover.
  4. Refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes to marinate.
  5. Drain; discard marinade.
  6. Place fish on greased rack of broiler pan.
  7. Broil 2 to 4 inches from heat 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with reserved dressing.
