Think Pink Cherry Cupcakes

  1. Combine all the cupcake ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. If you want them to be more pink, add a bit of red food coloring.
  3. Fill lined cupcake tin 2/3 of the way full.
  4. Bake cupcakes at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Combine Frosting ingredients and beat until smooth.
  6. When cupcakes are cooled, topped with frosting.
  7. Top them off with a maraschino cherry.
