Cranberry Chutney

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in vinegar and next 6 ingredients.
  5. Return to boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
  7. Stir in cranberries and remaining ingredients; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  8. Cool.
  9. Chill 8 hours or overnight.
