Cherry Cobbler

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In casserole or baking dish, mix pie filling and amaretto.
  3. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix biscuit baking mix, sugar, milk, and butter with fork until a dough forms.
  5. Beat 20 strokes.
  6. Stir in almonds.
  7. Drop by spoonfuls onto hot cherry mixture.
  8. Bake 25 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
  9. It sure is delicious when served warm with either whipped cream or ice cream!
