Pinwheel Meatloaf Recipe

  1. Set your meat mix on sufficient wax paper to be able to work on it.
  2. Press mix till it is rectangular in shape and about 1 inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle minced parsley and then spread the cheese and cool cuts on the meat.
  4. With the edge of the wax paper, begin to roll the meat till it can be molded into the shape of a jelly roll.
  5. Bake in a non-stick baking pan for about 45 min at 375 degrees.
  6. It looks great when sliced.
