Pinwheel Meatloaf Recipe
- Your favorite meat loaf recipe
- Your favorite sliced cheese
- Sliced ham or possibly pepperoni
- Set your meat mix on sufficient wax paper to be able to work on it.
- Press mix till it is rectangular in shape and about 1 inch thick.
- Sprinkle minced parsley and then spread the cheese and cool cuts on the meat.
- With the edge of the wax paper, begin to roll the meat till it can be molded into the shape of a jelly roll.
- Bake in a non-stick baking pan for about 45 min at 375 degrees.
- It looks great when sliced.
