Mushroom Stroganoff
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
- 125 ml creme fraiche
- salt and black pepper
- Heat oil and fry onion until soft and starting to brown.
- Add mushrooms and fry for a few minutes until soft and starting to brown.
- Stir in mustard and creme fraiche and heat through.
- Season and serve.
