Corned Beef Hash

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large oven-proof skillet, over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the onions.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Saute until golden, about 4 minutes.
  6. Add the garlic and corned beef.
  7. Continue to saute for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the potatoes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Continue to cook for 4 minutes.
  11. Remove from the heat.
  12. Using the back of a large spoon or spatula, pack the mixture firmly into the pan.
  13. Place the pan in the oven.
  14. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  15. Remove from the oven and slice into individual servings.
