Banana Cream Brownie Squares Recipe
- 3/4 c. Dry roasted peanuts, minced
- 1 pkt (15 ounce) brownie mix
- 3 med Bananas
- 1 1/4 c. Cool lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (5.1 ounce) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
- 1 ct (8 ounce) frzn whipped topping, thawed
- 9 x Strawberries
- 1 sqr unsweetened baking chocolate
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Chop peanuts.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; stir in 1/2 c. of minced peanuts.
- Pour into 9" square baking pan.
- Bake 24-27 min.
- Cold completely.
- Slice 2 bananas using egg slicer.
- Layer over brownie.
- In bowl, whisk pudding mix into lowfat milk; beat till mix just begins to thicken.
- Mix in 2 1/2 c. whipped topping.
- Quickly spread pudding mix over sliced bananas.
- Chill 30 min.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. peanuts over top of pudding mix.
- Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
- To serve, cut into squares; pipe with whipped topping.
- Grate chocolate over dessert.
- Slice remaining banana and strawberries.
- Top each square with banana and strawberry slices.
