Chicken Caesar Salad
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed or romaine salad greens or 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook and stir chicken in 1/4 cup of the dressing in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 minutes or until cooked through.
- Toss chicken, greens, croutons and cheese in large salad bowl.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup dressing before serving; toss lightly.
- Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and fresh ground pepper.
- Try serving with soft bread sticks and garlic butter.

- Reduce dressing to 1/2 cup.
- Omit cooking chicken.
