Chili Vegetable Stew Recipe

  1. In large saucepan heat sunflower till warm.
  2. Add in onions; stir till transparent, about 5 min.
  3. Add in carrot juice, broth, chili pwdr, garlic pwdr and vinegar.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir to dissolve broth granules.
  6. Add in vegetables and mushrooms.
  7. Simmer till vegetables are tender, 10 to 15 min.
  8. Add in beans.
  9. Simmer covered till beans are warm.
  10. Serve over brown rice, if you like.
