Meatloaf 86 Ketchup
- 1 lb ground beef (feeds up to 4, not much left over)
- 1 cup prepared stuffing (chicken flavored and smashed, almost bread-crumb like)
- 23 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand, of course)
- 12 cup water
- 1 egg
- 23 cup white onion (chopped, and optional, of course)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine ALL of the ingredients listed above.
- Carefully mix everything together with your CLEAN HANDS, nicely, as if almost kneading bread.
- DO NOT use a mixer for this, it will not come out the same.
- After everything has been mixed, (should form a big, gooey ball that sticks together), shape it into an oval loaf in the center of the drip pan.
- Make sure the loaf is somewhat firm and nicely shaped into an oval that has a little height to it.
- Place the pan into the oven for about 45 minutes.
- After the timer goes off, leave the meatloaf in the oven, but turn the oven off.
- After about 5 minutes, finally take the meatloaf out of the oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes.
- ENJOY!
