Crock Pot Easy Breakfast Sausage Casserole Recipe

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sausage and cook, breaking up the meat into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon, until its no longer pink and is starting to brown, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the eggs in a large bowl and whisk until theyre broken up.
  5. Add the milk, mustard, salt, and pepper and whisk to combine.
  6. Add the reserved sausage, bread, and cheeses and stir to combine.
  7. Coat a medium or large slow cooker with cooking spray and pour in the casserole mixture.
  8. Cook for 4 hours on high.
