Turkey Taco Soup

  1. Bake at 350*.
  2. Turkey Wings in a pan with about
  3. 2 Cups.
  4. Water for 3 hours till falling of of the bones.
  5. Remove Turkey to cool.
  6. Pour broth in large Dutch oven and add chopped onion and cook till tender.
  7. Add 3 cups of rice ( not Instant) and enough water to cook the rice (one knuckle on finger above rice).
  8. Cook until done.
  9. When rice is done add:
  10. Turkey Meat pulled from bones.
  11. 2 pkgs Taco Seasoning.
  12. 2 cans Enchilada Sauce.
  13. 1 can Corn Drained.
  14. Stir in and let warm.
  15. You may add water to thin or leave thick as stew.
  16. Serve with grated Cheddar Cheese and Tortilla Chips.
