Alaska Snow Crab With Red Sauce Recipe

  1. Rinse crab under cold water.
  2. Cut crab into serving-sized pcs; score backs of leg sections using a large heavy knife or possibly slit with kitchen shears.
  3. Saute/fry onion and garlic in butter till tender; stir in remaining ingredients except crab.
  4. Simmer 5 min.
  5. Serve warm with chilled or possibly steamed crab.
  6. Suggested Wine: Beverage suggestions: Pinot Grigio, Fume Blanc
